We worked closely with the client to understand their operational flow, brand direction, and long-term vision for the restaurant. Our scope covered complete custom joinery—bespoke banquette seating, service counters, wall panelling, and integrated storage solutions—all manufactured in our workshop to suit the exact site conditions. Every element was tailored to enhance both guest experience and staff efficiency, from how diners enter and are seated to how staff manage service and back-of-house operations.
A sophisticated yet welcoming interior was achieved through a restrained, neutral palette combined with warm finishes such as natural-look timbers, powder-coated details, and durable upholstery. Considerations for lighting, acoustics, and ventilation were integrated early in the process to ensure comfort and efficiency. Installation was carefully staged and coordinated with other trades to maintain progress on site and avoid disruptions.
