Steven believes good design is about creating spaces that serve a purpose and leave a lasting impression. His philosophy is grounded in functionality, simplicity, and precision. He works closely with clients to translate their brand and customer experience into practical, well-crafted spaces. Steven sees each fitout not as a project, but as a working solution—tailored, efficient, and made to last.
Steven founded C&O Shopfitting after years working across high-end residential and commercial interiors. Drawing on his background in industrial design, he built the company from the ground up, combining hands-on trade experience with a sharp design eye. Today, Steven leads a team of shopfitters, project managers and designers delivering quality retail and hospitality fitouts across Australia. Outside of work, he mentors apprentices, backs local small businesses, and is always sketching ideas on the back of napkins.
