Four Seasons, located at Shop No 16, Corio Village Shopping Centre, Cnr of Bacchus March & Purnell Rd, Corio VIC 3214, is a fresh food retailer catering to a busy flow of local shoppers and families. The brief was to deliver a practical yet polished shopfit that reflected the brand’s focus on freshness and quality. The space needed to accommodate generous product displays, a streamlined service counter, and efficient customer circulation—all while maximising visibility within a shopping centre environment. The client’s direction was clear: the fitout had to be clean, welcoming, and robust enough to handle high daily traffic.
We managed the full joinery scope, working closely with the client, designer, and other trades to translate the design intent into a functional, durable build. Our approach was to develop practical joinery solutions that could be fabricated in our workshop and installed on-site with minimal disruption to trading hours. Every element—from custom produce shelving to integrated storage and the main service counter—was carefully detailed to suit both the layout and operational requirements of the store.
To achieve the right balance of freshness and durability, we selected light-toned laminates, clean matte finishes, and simple lines that keep the store open and approachable. All joinery was designed to conceal equipment and wiring while ensuring easy access for staff. The flow between the front-of-house displays and back-of-house prep areas was refined to support quick restocking and efficient service during peak shopping periods. Installation was carried out within strict timeframes to ensure the store opened on schedule.
The completed shopfit delivers a fresh, organised, and brand-aligned environment with a strong focus on usability. The store now operates seamlessly in a high-traffic retail setting, with joinery that withstands daily wear while maintaining a refined finish. Shoppers enjoy a bright, spacious interior with clear sightlines and a cohesive design, while staff benefit from an intuitive workspace that supports efficient restocking and customer service. Four Seasons now has a fitout that highlights its fresh produce and enhances the shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door.
